In 2013 December, International Express DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT fuel surcharge:

1, DHL express: from December 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014 fuel cost is: 22%

2, UPS express: from December 4, 2013 to January 4, 2014 fuel cost is: 18%

3, FEDEX Federal Express: from December 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014 fuel cost is: 18%

4, TNT express: from December 3, 2013 to January 1, 2014 fuel cost is: 19% (not including security charge)

This month, the four major international express companies fuel surchargerelatively on the month all rose; DHL express and UPS express and FedEx expresseach rose 1%, 0.5% rise in TNT express.
